Charlotte Van Audenrode

Physiotherapist

Charlotte completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology as well as an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy both undertaken in Canada.


She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction, Pilates, and concussion rehabilitation. Charlotte enjoys treating young athletes including dancers and gymnasts. Charlotte has a global approach when assessing and treating all conditions and injuries that she sees, always considering how it can affect both a person's life and their movement patterns.


Before making the move across the world, Charlotte worked in Canada treating and rehabilitating sports and musculoskeletal injuries in a varied population. She also has years of experience providing training and match day coverage. She has worked with rugby union, ice hockey, lacrosse and AFL teams across all age groups and levels; from recreational to national teams. Charlotte is accredited in Clinical Pilates both for individual and group sessions.


Outside of work, Charlotte is usually training for another long distance running event, a triathlon, or simply watching sports live. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and of Sports Medicine Australia.
