Sebastian Trevaskis

Sebastian joined our team in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. He brings with him an enthusiastic and client centred approach to injury prevention and rehabilitation. His assessment and treatment philosophy, influenced by multiple injuries sustained personally, places an emphasis on functional and active rehabilitation.

Seb’s lifelong love of all sports has led him to develop a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Clinically, this translates to an interest in hip and gluteal dysfunction, along with the management of resultant back and neck pain. He has experience providing match day coverage for the Sydney University Australian National Football Club across all grades including the semi-professional NEAFL side, as well as working with soccer, netball, and rugby union teams.

Outside of physiotherapy Seb has played at high levels of AFL and rugby, as well as competing in touch football, basketball, cricket, surf life saving and triathlons. He also enjoys weight training and cycling. This well rounded love and participation of all sports and exercise, benefit him clinically as a physiotherapist. He is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
