Ashley Gahbach

Physiotherapist
Ashley Ghabach completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra and has a strong passion for musculoskeletal therapy, sports rehabilitation, and women’s health. With a background in both competitive sport and physiotherapy, she understands the demands of movement and performance, helping patients recover from injuries and return to their best.
Having played soccer and competed at the world championship level in martial arts, she brings firsthand experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. Due to her extensive martial arts background, she has developed a strong passion for optimizing movement patterns to prevent injury and enhance recovery. This belief drives her treatment approach, focusing on building efficient and functional movement patterns that support long-term health and performance.
Ashley takes an evidence-based, patient-centred approach, combining manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and education to support individuals in achieving their goals—whether it’s returning to sport, work, or everyday activities. She is committed to improving not just the recovery process but also the overall quality of movement for long-term benefits.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys gym training, playing soccer, reading, and exploring new restaurants and beaches. Her commitment to movement and well-being drives her to help others stay active, strong, and pain-free.
