Jasmin Wiesner

Physiotherapist

Jasmin graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), following a Bachelor of Sports Science, also completed at UTS.

Jasmin’s approach to physiotherapy combines her love of movement with evidence-based treatment strategies to help her patients achieve their goals and live pain-free.

With a strong passion for movement and rehabilitation, Jasmin specialises in Pilates and is a certified Clinical Pilates instructor in both mat and reformer Pilates. She has extensive experience teaching Pilates to clients with a variety of conditions and abilities, customising sessions to suit individual needs. This is extremely advantageous for her patients struggling with neck, back and shoulder pain, and those with restricted hip and knee movement due to arthritis. Through Clinical Pilates, Jasmin is able to help exercise and keep their muscles moving in a pain free manner.

With a background in sport from a young age, Jasmin enjoys being fit and active. She has played netball and soccer at a club level for many years and has a history in ski racing. As an avid skier, she has a particular interest in treating ski-related injuries and supporting individuals in their recovery and performance.

Jasmin is also a keen runner with a special interest in managing running-related injuries, injury prevention, and optimising running form and performance.Outside the clinic, Jasmin enjoys training at the gym, running, and she continues to play social netball. As mentioned she is a passionate skier and also loves hiking, camping, and baking delicious sweet treats.
