Lisa Khouri

Physiotherapist

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University, driven by her passion for enhancing people’s quality of life.

In her clinical practice as a physiotherapist, Lisa harbors a fervent dedication to shoulder and neck rehabilitation, alongside a keen interest in women’s health, knee, and back pain. Lisa’s approach to physiotherapy seamlessly integrates hands-on therapy, education, and personalised exercise regimens. Her aim is not only to alleviate symptoms but also to optimise her patients’ movement patterns, thereby preventing recurrent issues, realising their aspirations, and fostering holistic well-being. Certified in Clinical Pilates, Lisa utilises both Mat and Reformer Pilates techniques to aid her patients. She conducts small group Clinical Pilates classes and individual consultations, tailoring her approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.

Beyond her clinical commitments, Lisa is a professional singer and pianist, singing for large audiences at various events and weddings since the age of 13. Alongside her musical pursuits, Lisa finds joy in sports training such as long distance running, swimming, and Reformer Pilates, fostering a deep understanding of how musculoskeletal discomfort can impact one’s overall well-being and engagement in daily life. In her spare time, Lisa loves to spend time with family and friends, going out to nice dinners, beach days and playing with her dog!

Lisa is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
