Causes of Back Pain

Back pain affects approximately 80% of people at some point. Lower back pain can result from many reasons, but is usually not serious. Despite this, because it is so common, it has a significant impact on many people’s lives.

Back pain is often the result of irritation and poor function of bones and muscles. Vertebrae compression, for example, can lead to the entrapment of nerves, causing pain.
