Nagin Bayat

Physiotherapist

Nagin completed a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney, following a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science also at the University of Technology Sydney.

Clinically, Nagin has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy including neck and back pain, and injuries sustained during sport and gym training. She also has a clinical interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions surrounding pregnancy. Nagin has completed her Clinical Pilates certification using Mat and Reformer Pilates to help her patients. She runs small group Clinical Pilates classes and one-on-one Clinical Pilates consultations.

Nagin has provided Physiotherapy coverage to Women’s NPL 1st grade football teams such as the Mosman Whales and she has provided Netball coverage for the Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association.

Outside the clinic, Nagin enjoys training at the gym doing Crossfit and also enjoys doing Reformer Pilates. At a young age and throughout school, Nagin socially participated in sports such as Basketball, Touch football and Oztag. In her spare time, Nagin enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for hikes on the weekend, swims at the beach and trying new restaurants.

Nagin is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
